Chiropractic Action Team (CAT) is a non – profit international humanitarian aid nongovernmental organization with membership limited to Doctors of Chiropractic with training in disaster relief who provide pro bono chiropractic services in collaboration with the Red Cross’s disaster activities. After the success of 2009’s Italian Earthquake Relief Project, CAT has been invited to serve on a voluntary basis inside the Italian Red Cross emergency center of Milan, Italy. A reunion and strategy meeting for CAT will be held at Parker Seminars ROME on Saturday June 26, 2010 at 12:30 pm. It will bring together participants of past relief efforts and all WFC members interested in participating in future projects by joining CAT’s Disaster Response Network. Please join us for this important organizational meeting related to the CAT Milano project and future projects. Career Planning in Italy
The recent legislation in favour of chiropractic has intensified the communications and queries from around the globe for information related to working in Italy. A multitude of myths and legends about working in Italy have always been regularly bandied about. An OPEN FORUM is being organized by a segment of professional Myth Busters to coincide with the Parker Seminar in order to dispel the more fantastic rumours associated with working as a chiropractor in Italy. So if you are a chiropractic student, new graduate or experienced colleague keen and motivated to practice chiropractic in Italy please join in on this Open Forum discussion. Life Chiropractic College West Alumni Reception
There will be a reception for the alumni of Life Chiropractic College West on Friday June 25 at this year's Parker, Italy 2010 seminars. The reception will be held in the Zurbaran Room at the Melia Roma Aurelia Antica Hotel from 5:30pm to 7:30pm with light refreshments being served. Dr. Gerry Clum will be speaking at the reception, and this will be a great to chance to chat with fellow Life West graduates. (You do not have to be registered for the Parker convention to attend the alumni reception.) All of the events of the convention will be held at the Melia Convention Center or Melia Roma Aurelia Antica Hotel. The Life West Alumni Reception will be held in the Zurbaran Room on Friday at 5:30 PM. Be on the look-out for details on how to RSVP for the event.

Australian Spinal Research Foundation
The chiropractic paradigm hypothesizes that chiropractic care of the spine ultimately leads to better nervous system function, facilitating a greater level of health and improved quality of life. The Mission of the Australian Spinal Research Foundation is to fund research and disseminate knowledge that furthers the understanding, development and effectiveness of chiropractic care. The AECC is holding an alumni drinks reception at the MELIÃ Hotel Balcony Restaurant on Friday 25th June from 5.45 pm at this years’ Parker Seminar in Rome. Graduates and friends of the AECC will be getting together for an informal drinks reception and light buffet.
