Dr Steve Williams has practiced in the UK since 1987, specialising in paediatrics, craniopathy and SOT. His contribution to these fields and the chiropractic profession in general is widely recognised and highly valued and he was made International Chiropractor of the year by SORSI in 2006 and has authored the book Pregnancy and Paediatrics: A Chiropractic Approach. Dr Williams has lectured extensively in the UK and internationally and presents a paediatric certification course for Logan College in the UK. He has also been actively involved with developing and delivering the MSc Chiropractic Paediatrics at the AECC.

Chiropractic Infant Cranial Correction and Plagiocephaly

This session takes us beyond the spine and into the cranium, looking at the infant anatomy and neurology and demonstrating the importance of neonatal and infant cranial corrections. Also shown will be techniques for normalising plagiocephaly, which following mainstream 'back to sleep' campaign has become incredibly common. Chiropractors are ideally placed to be the doctors who correct it.

Low back pain, a Sacro-Occipital Technique approach to diagnosis and treatment.

The lecture will focus on the sacro-occipital approach to the diagnosis of sacro-iliac fixation, sacro-iliac instability, the lumbar invertebral disc syndrome and easily applied treatment protocols, including the use of SOT blocking techniques. SOT Technique and low back problems
